Small and mid-size RMG factories can't track production-line output in real time

Below the top tier of exporters, most factories still track line output, defect rates, and worker attendance on paper or in end-of-day spreadsheets. Line supervisors find out about a bottleneck or a quality issue hours after it started, by which point a shipment deadline is already at risk. Compliance and buyer audits are similarly manual, which makes it hard for smaller factories to win orders from brands with strict traceability requirements.
