Last-mile delivery in secondary cities is slow and expensive for small online sellers

Sellers running a shop on Facebook or a marketplace app outside Dhaka and Chattogram often wait two to four days for a courier to reach a customer, and the delivery fee eats a large share of the margin on a low-cost item. National courier networks concentrate their density in major cities, so a seller in a smaller district effectively subsidizes slower, costlier delivery to stay competitive. A more efficient last-mile network for secondary cities would let small sellers there compete on delivery speed, not just price.
